Marshall and Feri were wonderful hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We never had to worry about anything while we were on holiday. Starting each day off with Feri's delicious breakfast was always something to look forward too. Having the accessible equipment onsite made it much easier travelling and the pool hoist was an added bonus so we could go swimming. Marshall and Feri's staff were kind, professional and very helpful. They also helped us with our accessible tours and showed us around Sanur. We will definitely be back and miss everyone very much.

If there was something missing we could always ask, and we got it. The owners are very kind and helpfull. They make our stay comfortable with al the things we needed. We will never forget this place!

Notre premier voyage à Bali, Feri ainsi que ses 2 charmantes assistantes nous a accuelli chaleureusement. La villa est parfaite, accessible pour le fauteuil roulant à tous les niveaux, y compris la piscine. Piscine qui est splendide. Mais ce qui m'a plus le plus touché, c'est la gentillesse de Feri, toujours le sourire, toujours la petite attention, le petit mot, tout en restant discrète. Marshall est tout autant adorable, beaucoup d'humour, et d'histoire à raconter. Nous avons passé 2 semaines absolument parfaites, tant par la beauté de l'ile, que par la gentillesse des balinais. Alors c'était notre premie voyage à Bali chez Ferri et Marshall, mais pas le dernier . Un énorme merci à eux <3​

Feri and Marshall are wonderful hosts with a “can do attitude “. They went out of their way to assist us whether it was to repair a wheelchair or to buy a particular item. Feri was happy to drive us to local destinations and pick us up when we were ready. If we needed to stay in she’d order food or a massage or a hair braiding for us, whatever we required. They also helped us organise day trips and when we returned from them we felt as if we were coming back home to a welcoming environment. The rooms are a generous size and well set up with the pool just outside the door. Feri and Marshall are sensitive about privacy and available when needed. In our case we very much enjoyed their company as warm, friendly and efficient hosts.

The facilities are well-suited for anyone wheelchair bound as my girlfriend and I spent the week in recovery from an accident. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, and very tastefully decorated. A living room, kitchen, and pool were also privately accessible to us and made our stay very comfortable. We also had access to a disability accessible van via staff that made trips to the beach and elsewhere possible and very convenient. In over 18 months of travel and 80+ accommodations, our stay here was one of the most memorable and we thank Marshall, Feri, and staff for their hospitality.

My recent stay at this accessible villa in Bali was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the host both husband and wife, greated us warmly and ensured every details was taken care of. The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintened, offering a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
The breakfast was fantastic!! Which truly set the tone for relaxing days ahead. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of our hosts-they went above and beyond and ensure our stay was memorable.
The added convenience of a shuttle service to the beach and the town made exploring Bali effortless. I cannot recommend this villa enought for anyone seeking a truly enjoyable and stress-free stay. Thank you to Marshall and Feri for making our trip unforgettable.

Perfect accessible Villa.
Since 10 years I am in a wheelchair and still like to travel. For the third time I travel to Bali and the first time in Accessible Penyaringan for people in wheelchairs highly recommended. The Villa is located a few minutes from sanur where the owner will bring you on request with an adapted wheelchair vehicle. Huge friendly staff and nothing is too much/ also a delicious breakfast This villa has all the necessary tools such as swimming pool lift / hoist / accessible bathroom / shower chair etc. I will definitely go back.

We had an incredible time at Accessible Penyaringan. The villa, facilities and garden are beautiful. Very clean, organized and of course for accessibility it’s unparralelled in Bali. They have a hoist, pool hoist, commode, accessible van and ramps. The beach is less than 15 mins away and transport is provided. Feri and Marshall our hosts were so lovely and helpful. We can’t thank them enough. Also the incredible tours with Bali One Care. We highly recommend looking into Accessible Penyaringan if planning to stay in the Sanur area.

Absolute 5+ Star Experience!
My husband and two young daughters traveled from New Zealand to stay (hubby has MND and is fully immobile without his electric chair). Our 18 night holiday would not have been possible without a venue like this. Fully accessible, all functioning equipment, amazing onsite van and driver, incredible breakfast service, not to mention cleaner than many 5star hotels I have stayed in.
And to top it all off, Feri and Marshall were the most amazing people to deal with. This is not just some business these incredible people supply a service that comes from their heart. Feri became like an aunt to my girls and we miss her dearly and can't wait to go back. Honestly it is like a five star experience meets a health retreat thanks to their massage room, local knowledge and care. They treated us like family and we are forever grateful for the memories we made. Thank you.

Just got back from 11 wonderful days staying with Marshall and Feri. Being a C5/6 quad i was a little unsure how things would go travelling overseas, besides flying my main worry was finding the right place to stay. So glad i found accessible penyaringan, it had everything i needed already there including hoist, overbed table, monkey bar, commode as well as a pressure relieving mattress which is a real bonus as well as the hoist into the lovely pool. Feri looked after us very well with great breakfasts (great pancakes) and driving us around the local area to dinners or anywhere local we wanted and great for advice. Its so nice to find a place that actually knows what "accessible" means. This will be my go to place for Bali tho i have feeling once the word gets out accessible penyaringan will be a hard place to get into as everyone will want to stay. Thanks again Feri and Marshall.

As a full-time wheelchair user, the house was perfect for my needs. There was level access throughout, a spacious bathroom with shower chair and a portable hoist and even a swimming pool with a hoist. On top of that, Feri and Marshall were very friendly hosts, willing to do anything to make my stay more comfortable. Hopefully I will get to return one day, was so impressed.

A wonderful paradise for disabled people with owners who have golden hearts
This was my third travel to Bali in a year. For the third time, of course, Bali didn't have much tourist attractions for us, but it must be said that there are so many equipments and facilities in this beautiful villa that you can spend the whole day there and have fun.
You start your day with a great breakfast that you can order the night before. Mrs. Feri and her assistants will welcome you with their first-class and friendly hospitality.
After breakfast, if the weather was hot and you couldn't go for excursion out of the villa, you have many options to enjoy. What do you think about a swimming pool equipped with a patient lift in the garden? How about a massage in a fully equipped massage room? Or enjoy Netflix in the lounge of the villa with a large TV and high-quality speakers until the weather cools down a bit and get ready to go out of the villa. Maybe you want to stay in the villa in the evening? You have a small private kitchen fully equipped with all the kitchen and cooking utensils at your disposal, where you can prepare your favorite food and enjoy it in the wonderful atmosphere of the pool and garden.
I have traveled to many cities and dealt with many problems in the last twenty years of my disability. Unfortunately, many cities are not suitable for disabled people and wheelchair users, and Bali has almost the same situation. However, I must say Accessible Penyaringan is located in the most accessible area of Bali, Sanur, Shuttle service to Sanur area and sanur beach with accessible van for up to two return trips per day, patient lifter in the room, fully accessible bathroom, comode chair, beach wheelchair, portable ramps, and most importantly, the hospitality, responsibility, kindness and care of the villa owners make Bali even more accessible for disabled people than many European cities, All of this for an incredible and affordable amount of money.
At the end, I would like to thank the owners of this villa, Marshall and Feri, and their lovely assistants for all their kindness and hospitality. They treated me and my family in such a way that I felt like the happiest baby in the arms of the kindest mother and father in the world.

Accessible Penyaringan is a great place for wheelchair travelers - everything you need for comfort and relaxation. A separate entrance accessible to a wheelchair, a shower chair, a mobile room hoist - all this makes comfortable living possible. Wonderful pool and special electric hoist for safe water entry. I spent many hours in the pool and it was so good for my back. Special thanks to the beautiful Feri for preparing and serving breakfasts. It was a whole ceremony and it was always possible to order a method of cooking eggs. There were no problems with the fact that the villa is not located in the beach area - at any time, Feri drove me to any place in Sanur on a special car with a folding ramp. Marshall and Feri are very kind and attentive hosts. They were of great help in all matters that I had. And they did it with all possible delicacy and sincerity. I seemed to be visiting very close friends. It was a very pleasant two weeks and I would like to return there more than once.
